Overview: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for managing ongoing operations and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve the company’s vision and goals. This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with the Board of Management and Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee internal operations, identifying areas for process improvement.
Implement business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
Manage operating budgets and financial reports to meet growth and profitability targets.
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
Foster an inclusive culture that supports employee development and organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
9+ years in executive leadership roles.
Strong leadership skills with integrity and resolve.
Knowledge of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Quick problem diagnosis and foresight in identifying potential issues.
Local Vietnamese Residents Only; Must Speak Vietnamese
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in On-demand transport, O2O, or b2c app services.
Fundraising experience.
International business experience.
